Meet the Staff

Administrator

Thomas Moen, LNHA

Tom has been the Administrator at Alden Meadow Park since November 2001. He has over 30 years of experience working in health care. Tom enjoys working with patients, residents, family members and staff to meet the needs of everyone at Alden Meadow Park. He has a bachelor’s degree in Health Education from the University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse. He received his master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Tom is an active member in the community, serving as President of the Clinton Chamber of Commerce and as a Member of the Clinton Kiwanis.

Director of Nursing

Mary Cassioppi, RN

Mary has been the Director of Nursing at Alden Meadow Park since October 1999. During the past 23 years since she became a nurse, Mary has worked in clinic and hospital settings and now has chosen the field of rehabilitation services and long-term care. She says her goal is to guide the nursing staff to develop 'best practices' in delivering the highest level of care and service. She received her Nursing degree from Norwestern College in Orange City, Iowa.

Admission Director

Carie Fairchild

Carie joined Alden Meadow Park in February 1987 in the Dietary Department before becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant and assuming her current role as Admission Director. Carie goes 'the extra mile' for patients, residents and their families in making sure the transition to the facility is as smooth as possible.
